Notice to Clerk of Court and Public Memorial
Under God, and in the presence of the People, I submit this testimony to the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Florida:
To Whom It May Concern,
I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, a Christian, Illinoisan National, and a beneficiary of the rights protected under the United States Constitution, the Holy Bible, and the principles of equity jurisprudence, hereby submit this public memorial for the purpose of informing the Court, the Clerk of Court, and all concerned parties of gross misconduct, which are in direct violation of my inalienable rights as a citizen of God and a free national of these united States.
1. Lack of Jurisdiction and Authority to Issue Orders
It has come to my attention that, in the course of these proceedings, an order has been issued by the Clerk of Court in a manner which exceeds the lawful jurisdiction and authority granted under the Constitution of the United States and the organic law of these States.
As a matter of fundamental principle, I challenge the Clerk’s authority to issue any order in this matter unless and until proof is provided of the Clerk's lawful authority to do so. Therefore, I request the Clerk to provide the following:
- A certified copy of the Oath of Office taken by the Clerk of Court, as required by Article VI of the United States Constitution; and
- A copy of the Clerk’s surety bond, demonstrating lawful and proper bonding to fulfill the duties of office and safeguard the rights of the People.
Absent this documentation, I question the legitimacy of the orders issued by the Clerk in this matter and assert that no order can be lawfully enforced in the absence of the necessary constitutional and statutory foundation.
2. Referring to Florida Statutes Instead of Constitutional Rights
Further, it is my understanding that the Clerk of Court has repeatedly referred to Florida State statutes as the basis for proceeding with this case, particularly in regard to the payment of fees and further processing of the case. As an Illinoisan National, I assert my right to petition this Court for relief in accordance with my rights guaranteed under the United States Constitution, particularly under the Supremacy Clause (Article VI), which ensures that federal law, including the Constitution, takes precedence over state laws.
By referencing state statutes alone, the Clerk is ignoring the superior authority of the Constitution and denying me the protections afforded to me as a beneficiary of its provisions. I reserve the right to challenge any action that seeks to undermine the supremacy of the Constitution, the fundamental principles of justice, and my inalienable rights as an individual endowed by my Creator with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
3. Treasonous Acts and Dishonoring the Integrity of Justice
Moreover, I assert that the actions of the Clerk of Court, in continuing to act in direct violation of these rights, amount to treasonous acts against the integrity of justice and the sacred trust placed in this Court by the People. The actions taken by the Clerk in denying me my God-given, inalienable rights to access justice, as guaranteed by the Constitution, and in substituting such actions with references to state statutes, dishonor the very foundation of our legal system.
This public memorial is issued not only to assert my rights but to inform We the People of this gross misconduct. I do not make these statements lightly but under the solemn conviction that justice must be honored, and the Constitution must be upheld in the face of any actions that seek to undermine it.
I respectfully demand that the Supreme Court of Florida take notice of these issues and take immediate corrective action to restore the rule of law, ensure that the rights of the People are protected, and hold all actors involved accountable to their oaths of office and the legal principles they are sworn to uphold.
In conclusion, as a Christian, an Illinoisan National, and a beneficiary TRAVANTE TYVAUN TUCKER@ and of the Constitution, I reaffirm my commitment to the truth and the pursuit of justice. May this testimony stand as a public record of my claims and a witness to the ongoing struggle for justice and the protection of our inalienable rights.
Under God, with full faith in His guidance, and in accordance with the principles of the Constitution, I respectfully submit this memorial for public record.
