Notice to Clerk of Court and Public Memorial

Travante-TyVaun: Tucker sui juris,
Plaintiff One of We The People,
v.
Florida Department of Children and Families
Case Number: 8:25-cv-02288-SDM-LSG
Public Memorial and Testimony under God regarding the Endorsed Order in the Docket

Presented to the Honorable Court, in accordance with the United States Constitution and the Divine Law of God.

Testimony:

In the name of the Almighty God, who grants each and every one of His children the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, I stand before this Court today, as a living and breathing testament to the enduring truth that we, the people of the United States, are endowed by our Creator with rights that cannot be taken or infringed upon by any government, statute, or rule.

I come not as a presumption of man, but as a child of God, made in His image, fully operating in my God-given inalienable rights. These rights were bestowed upon me, and every individual, by the Creator Himself, and they cannot be subjugated or erased by the laws of any human institution, for it is clear in the highest laws of the land, the Constitution of the United States, that no statute, federal code, or rule shall supersede the rights of the people guaranteed by God.

As it is written in the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, the Constitution and the laws of the United States are the supreme law of the land, and they are binding on all judicial officers, officers of the law, and agents of the state. As such, I am not before this court in a state of subjugation or presumption. I stand firmly, as one of "We the People," asserting the truth that I am operating under my God-given inalienable rights, which have been affirmed in the sacred text of the Constitution and under the principles of common law.

In this matter, I respectfully submit that this Court uphold its solemn oath to preserve and protect the Constitution. I ask that the Court address the fact that the party in this matter—be it an individual, an entity, or a natural person—does not operate according to their inalienable rights as given by God, and that this failure to recognize those rights violates not only the supreme law of the land, but also the moral law that governs all human conduct.

I ask that this Court remember its duty, not only as a judicial body but as an instrument for upholding the principles of justice and truth, which are both enshrined in our sacred Constitution and in the Holy Bible. The statutes, codes, or rules that are being applied or invoked in this matter should not infringe upon the inalienable rights of any individual, and certainly not the plaintiff, who stands firmly in the truth of their God-given liberty.

The case law referenced in support of any adverse decisions or orders does not supersede the Constitution, and it should not be allowed to override the rights of the plaintiff, who is not seeking redress from a position of presumption or authority outside the law, but rather, as a child of God who, in accordance with His laws, is entitled to the due process and protection under the law that this Court is bound to provide.

Memorial:

In memory of the inalienable rights of every human being, and as a reminder to this honorable Court that we stand upon the principles of the Constitution, I offer this memorial in full acknowledgment of the divine rights of all people, including myself, as one of the sovereign people of the United States.

The Holy Bible teaches us that we are created in the image of God, and as such, we possess God-given rights that are eternal and unchangeable, bestowed upon us by the Creator. These rights are inalienable, meaning they cannot be surrendered, transferred, or infringed upon. When we walk in alignment with these divine rights, we are operating in harmony with the Constitution, which was established to protect our natural rights and maintain the sacred trust between the government and the governed.

It is the duty of this Court, as well as all judicial officers in the land, to uphold the Constitution and recognize that no statute, law, or code may override the rights of any citizen. The rights of the plaintiff to seek redress of grievances in this Court are granted by the Constitution itself, as enshrined in the First Amendment, and should not be infringed upon or denied by the state or its agents.

As a plaintiff operating under God-given rights, I call upon this Court to return to its foundational role as a protector of the people's rights, not as an instrument of oppression or subjugation. I call upon this Court to uphold the solemn oath taken by all judicial officers to support the Constitution, as it is not merely a legal document but the expression of the sacred covenant between God and the people of the United States.

I respectfully remind this Court that no rule, no statute, and no legal precedent is superior to the Constitution or the inalienable rights of the people. And, as I stand here today, I ask that this Court proceed in accordance with the will of the people, in alignment with Divine law, and in fulfillment of the oath of office taken by all judicial officers, which is to preserve and protect the rights of all people, who are, under the eyes of God, sovereign and free.

May justice be done, in accordance with the law, and may the people’s rights never be taken or denied.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, let this memorial stand as a testament to the truth that the plaintiff, as one of "We the People," does not act in presumption or outside of their rights, but rather in accordance with God’s will and the Constitution. I humbly ask that this Court honor and uphold the sanctity of the rights endowed by our Creator, as promised in the Constitution and common law, and that the Court reject any claim that seeks to infringe upon the inalienable rights of any individual.

This testimony is given under God, for the preservation of truth and justice.
